add toggle in Settings > Security for opting into memory tagging in vendor processes currently excluded from it with the end goal of having it force enabled without a toggle as we do for the rest of the base OS
Could someone briefly explain what this toggle does - in particular what "vendor processes" are (found this and this but still didn't understand it) and what the difference is to the toggle in Settings> Security> Memory tagging in third-party apps> enabled by default?
