For documentation, clearly LLM output is "best" from the perspective of a person who presses a button and has the content pop out in a matter of seconds, versus spending hours of labor. It's less clear the documentation is "best" from the perspective of other people.
For code, personally I think there's a big difference between "An LLM wrote this, and I ran it once, and it appeared to work", versus "I carefully read this code and fixed three edge cases, so I believe it's largely right", or "I asked a different LLM to write tests, and I read the tests and made the LLM write better tests".
I hope the forum does not have links to "YOLO code", certainly not to "YOLO code" without clear disclaimers. In the other direction, personally I believe that competent developers can use LLMs in careful ways to produce professional software.
