Pixel 7a, connected via USB-C cable to my laptop...
Kubuntu 23.10 system, kernel version 6.5.0-26 generic (64-bit)
I'm following the instructions on this web page for the web install:
https://grapheneos.org/install/web
- The phone is OEM unlocked (see attached photo)
- The phone is in developer mode (see attached photo).
- I ran the
sudo systemctl stop fwupd.service
command in the terminal; there is no fwupd.service running on my Kubuntu laptop.
I am at the step where I'm trying to boot the phone into the boot loader interface. I get the screen shown in the third photo attached; the red text says "Fastboot Mode." When I select the "Restart boot loader" boot option, nothing happens; the phone remains on the screen shown with the "Fastboot Mode" text.
Note the green text that says that the "Device state" is "locked." Does this mean that my phone really is not OEM unlocked?
