Getting phone number on Pixel Tablet

I can not figure out how to get an app working that provides a phone number on the Pixel Tablet running GrapheneOS. I have tried TextNow, Talkatone and Text Free. Each of these provide a phone number to be used on non cellular devices like the tablet. They all unfortunately require GSF. I downloaded GSF from the App drawer and still the apps say I am violating their terms of service. I need help in navigating if this is even resolvable or if this is an issue that needs further attention. Thank you, I wish I was as smart as you all.

You can’t make traditional phone calls with the Pixel Tablet due to the lack of cellular connectivity but you can make VoIP calls via third-party apps.

Does not work. Each of these states either a violation of terms of service or a connection issue. Connection is fine as all other aspects of connection work. It seems these apps are looking for something the tablet cannot provide.

Had me create a Gmail account and still will not issue a phone number.
