How to set call ringtone

When trying to set the ringtone for calls in chat apps, I am only given the msg notification selection and have no way to set the call ringer tone selection menu, so I end up with a single message notification when someone calls. Anyone know how to get Graphene to recognize that we are talking about a call ringtone when we are in the "call" section of an app's notification settings and not message notification sounds?

pm97 call ringtones for third party chat apps can be usually set in app specific internal settings (not in its notification settings). Perhaps if you could let us know which app in question, we could better guide you towards those.

Hi, thanks. After some tinkering I found that all chat apps default to "none" in ringtone sounds for calls. If I change that to a notification sound, then that plays when someone calls rather than the default ringtone. Setting it to "none" triggers the default call ringer sound. I thought I could select calling ringtone as I can with message ringtone, but that seems to not be the case.
