Not able to open the Grapheneos App

I just downloaded Grapheneos and it looks like it was installed correctly, but when I click on App it doesn't open. Any advice on how to fix this ?

Did you lock the boot loader after installation?

Have you tried restarting the device to see if the issue persists?

What is "App"? Can you go to the app info page and tell us the package name? Settings > Apps > All apps > *app name*. After that, scroll to the bottom and you'll see the app name. Is it app.grapheneos.apps?

If you can't find it, where are you seeing the app that won't open?

I can open the other preinstalled apps, just not the apps.

They are referring to Apps as in the app repository client. That's what this thread's question is about.
