Since I have no idea what information can help in this situation, I'll try to be as comprehensive as possible and hope that one of you can deduce something from it.
New: Google Maps no longer works either. This will probably have been the case before, but I didn't notice it until now because I saved my area as a download. Perhaps more importantly, I have created a new user profile under Graphene and shared the non-functioning programs with it. In the new profile, they run with exactly the same authorizations.
Device: Pixel 6 Pro
Software that has no internet access (neither WiFi nor mobile data)

Settings of the software without internet access that I have tested
Spotify: Sensor / Network permissions

Google Maps: GPS / Network
I tested Exploit protection compatibility on/off and different options for Memory Allocator and Native Code Debugging for all three. I have used all three apps for month without any problems and can't think of any setting that I might have changed before they stopped working.
I also excluded all three apps from the VPN as a test and even uninstalled the VPN in the meantime.
