Based on my brief research, it seems she is pro-privacy and pro-user control, both of which tech companies have moved away from over the past 10-15 years. I didn't see anything about her and focusing on "woke" policies so that's a big plus.

    Mozilla needs technical and business performance. Browsers that bet on Firefox like Tor Browser or Mullvad Browser are suffering regarding security.

    This foundation has been quite useless nowadays from what I can see, despite all the money involved.

    She's just a temporary CEO, let's see who'll come next.

    I'm not even sure what's more important for Firefox at this time - technical progress or better marketing.
