Using wired Android Auto since it was released for Graphene and everything seems to work very well except 2 pieces. One being voice commands, which seem to hang up and fail about 60% of the time. The other though, which I care about more is phone calls, which I understand even on wired android auto, use bluetooth to route the audio to the car.
So, when calling someone or receiving a call, I hear the audio over the car for 5-10 seconds, then suddenly, Android Auto stays connected and visible but it switches to the audio going to the handset, and says bluetooth has lost connection. Then 5-10 seconds later, bluetooth reconnects and the audio comes back to the car, then thsi repeats over and over. If I use Android Auto to play music, this is does not happen, bluetooth is stable. So, this is only related to phone calls. And, this happens on multiple different cars of different makes as well.
If I use a straight up bluetooth connection to the car's system without connecting Android Auto, calls/bluetooth happen just fine, no issues, so definitely seems related to Android Auto use rather than a larger issue with the phone or Graphene itself.
Any else having this issue or have any ideas to try? Definitely seems like a bug in the initial rollout of Android Auto. As of today, I am on the latest stable release of Graphene and all apps (Android Auto, GSF, GPS, etc. are up to date).
