Yes for sure. I think it would be beneficial to seperate the types of questions a bit, Discourse allows that but Flarum probably does not.
But, looking for any answers, even Google doesnt tell us where they are stored at least easily. They explain something entirely different.
So I take back that comment.
To the info that you should add:
- emergency contact
- blood group
- any medication you need or take regularily
- allergies
- organ donor or not
