Hi, I am planning to buy a refurbished Pixel 7 from Amazon and use Graphene on it. Is there anything specific I should be worried about when doing something like that, for example to make sure that I can install Graphene on it?

Make sure the bootloader can be unlocked. "Carrier" unlocked does not mean the same thing.

Hi, you should clarify, if the bootloader is unlockable (this is different to sim-locked!). Otherwise it will be not possible to install a different operating system. In some countries Pixels are sold with unlockable bootloaders, e.g. in the USA by Verizon. In my country I never had any problems with that.

Hello there. You must be able to toggle oem unlock in the developer settings of the phone. This is often blocked on carrier issued devices, especially in the US. For carriers based in the EU this is less of a problem. Contact the seller and ask them (it's easy to check, the phone just needs to be connected to the internet). Listings saying "unlocked" could very well just be SIM unlocked so ensure you can return the device.
Yes for me in Europe it simply was enabling Internet and the toggle worked. Another phone did not need internet.
