Auto brightness doesn't change this.
There is no color tint there, only saturation.Coming from Samsung, the HDR playback in such apps like TikTok is very annoying. It gets really bright.
Can there be an option to disable that?
Additionally, I miss my screen being a cooler tint to it, which Samsung allows adjustment for.Thank you!
Having one more issue. An app wants to do some sort of SMS check to my phone number, but it doesn't seem to work. Just says "please try again later", but on my Samsung it works fine. I know it's related to google services somehow but not sure how... On samsung if I disable google play store it doesn't work, but enabling works. So I tried enabling all permissions of google stuff on pixel 9, and still doesn't work. Even specifically sms.
fid02 Thanks! Will other apps need this? I'm a bit unsure what the difference between unrestricted and restricted would be for any app, say like Discord for example
Dumdum Thanks!

fid02 You fixed it! I enabled unrestricted battery access to all the google related stuff that gets installed via sandboxed and it fixed!
THANK YOUMay just needed google play services in specific, but I'll tinker with later
Does anyone have a solution?
matchboxbananasynergy Battery access was an I think so? Atleast for play services, but maybe not for store and the other google apk... I couldn't figure out how to give them permission. Notification yes
matchboxbananasynergy I've tried both!
I want to use this with my pixel 9 but discord notifications don't work... as well as some other apps simply won't load.
It's as though they're trying to use some google services, but even after installing them, allowing all permissions through the sandboxed variant, nothing fixes.I need to use discord with notifications. Anyone know a fix?
