patrickd Hey, I know this is kind of an old thread but have you thought about doing some static analysis of your tool? I doubt it would find much if any things to fix but might be worth a check. I know you said they you welcome others to take a look at your code, but figured I'd give you a heads up, GitHub allows using their scanner for free for open source projects. Better to use it 'offline' via CodeQL so it does not open pull requests with potential findings.

Some guide I found, seems to cover very recent addition and with good source, however it may become outdated in future so also make sure to read official docs.
Thanks for the info, I really appreciate it.
I take back what I said about ease of use and grandparents, I had misunderstood. After looking at it closer, seems like this app is in fact very easy to use.
Trust remains a barrier for me with any project that's only a few weeks old, but I respect the transparent approach taken here.
I plan to keep my eye on this app, and will consider adopting after some time has passed. Thanks again ~
Overlay1404 It's worth noting that this app won't be compatible with future per-profile network namespaces which is a planned feature for GrapheneOS, but it's hard to implement. We could allow toggling it off per-profile though.

You may want to consider Inter Profile Sharing app.
This is a purposefully simple, native App that allows forwarding media and text to another Android User Profile as easily as sharing it with another App.
It did not work for me on GOS but I think it has for others. Author said over on PrivacyGuides that the app should still function even in Airplane mode.
This App doesn’t need any network connection at all and works in Airplane mode. The communication between sharing server and client happens all on the local loopback interface and there’s no way to connect to the server from outside of the phone.
