no me funciona ninguna conexión a internet en uno de los 2 usuarios que cree. en el otro si pero este es el que mas uso y he tardado muchísimo en prepararlo. no sé que he echo. he intentado lo que se me ha ocurrido

conecto el pc al teléfono por USB y carga pero no puedo marcar la opción de transferir archivos. he probado poner opción de depuración por usb y nada
