As I said I tried restoring but I can't because I can't select my Google account when requested

Before telling me "check the other posts on here or online".
It's been like 7 days I haven't managed to find a solution to this problem

Restoring Whatsapp backup is driving me crazy, it doesn't detect local backups and when I get asked to select the account to choose the box is empty and there is just "add account".
Tried to remove and sync account from that box, nothing happened.
I have a Pixel 4a
