Unable to File Transfer to Windows via cable

I'm unable to see the Pixel 7 under This PC. I have already tried the following:

Restarted computer and device.
Reinstalled Google USB drivers.
Checked USB cable and ports.
Enabled USB debugging and MTP mode.
Tried different USB cables and computers.
Checked Device Manager.

I tried searching threads and have spent hours. I need to get my files off of my phone. USB doesn't work either. I tried PearDrop and thought the transfer worked but lost half my files this way after deleting. Please fucking help me someone, I have been trying for days.

I have set USB to allow peripherals in security settings. Phone is unlocked and shows under Devices and Printers, but I don't see under This PC.

Resolved issue with user via Discord. The issue was the computer. It worked with a flash drive and another computer as expected.
