Can We Access Internal Shared Storage?

I'd like to be able to upload my podcasts from Antennapod to my cloud through my phone, but I have to plug into a computer to access this file path. Is there a way to access it from the phone?

Launch Files.
Tap on the hamburger menu at upper left.
Tap on the name of your phone.
Tap on "Android" and "data".
Tap on "de.danoeh.antennapod" and "files".

de0u you do have access to read Android/data folder, but what process would you follow in order to write to it? (restore backup)

before, but I would like to achieve it purely by using Files, not another file manager. In other words how to activate the split screen mode?

If using gesture navigation, drag the bar at the bottom of the screen up to the middle of the screen until the app switcher is displayed, then let go. Above the window for the app is the app's icon; press and hold on that icon.

BTW a quick search for: Android split screen turns up directions on activating split-screen mode.
