Hi all-
This is my first foray into GrapheneOS, coming from various combinations of LineageOS, /e/, etc. So far I'm really enjoying it and think, with one or two minor things, it's the best that a privacy focused Android ROM can be.
One of the things that has continually stumped me, however, is Google Wallet. I wish I didn't need it, but we don't seem to be going back to the world of paper tickets, so it's installed on my phone, with only Network, Phone, and Sensors given permissions (as I understand it, this is the minimum necessary).
What I can't understand is why the app won't open normally. Any attempt to tap Wallet from the App Drawer results in "There Was a Problem Setting The Active Account. Would you like to try again?” If I open the app by navigating through Settings>Apps>Sandboxed Google Play>Google Settings>Settings for Google Apps>Google Wallet, the app opens fine. But that's an awful lot of maneuvering in a situation where people want to get through the line as quickly as possible.
Anyone else run into this problem? And hopefully a solution?
