lovefromisrael if your home wifi, maybe your phone is trying to connect using a different MAC address each time, meaning you may have run out of IP addresses for the network. Have you changed that setting?
You can change it here: Settings > Network & internet > Internet > Saved networks > *your wifi network's name* > Privacy. Change that to Use per-network randomized MAC. Only do this for your own wifi network or in places that you frequent and don't mind using the same MAC address.
