Sandbox Apple App Store right along Google Play Store

I love the concept of sand-boxing the Google Play Store so that it has no more privileges then any other app. I've also always loved the concept of dual or triple booting, not letting corporate monied interests getting in the way with whats technologically possible. Just like how you can run Mac OS on a windows pc hackentoish and virtual machine, I was wondering if it's possible to not only run the ios App Store on a android phone, but to sandbox it just as much as the Google Play Store. This way one device rules them all, you can download apps from your phone from, Apple App Store, Google Play Store, FDroid, etc, etc. Like how I can boot any operating system I want on my pc from liniux, mac, windows.

BreakBoundaries it would be pretty cool to be able to get the best of both worlds this way, but there are too many hurdles to cross to make this possible. The biggest hurdle, I think, would be to emulate iOS's entire API and other things that apps rely on to operate (for example, notifications would work very differently on iOS). And considering their OSes are closed source, whoever would try to tackle this project would have to essentially start from scratch.

A virtual machine is different. Maybe it would be possible to run an instance of iOS on a virtual machine from a phone running Android, but I don't know what that would entail. My guess is that Apple would have some safeguards in place to make sure their OS can't be run from unsupported hardware.
