Any custom rom fovused on security can run in a cheap phone?

I know that graphene os is the best phone os on terms of security but it is not compatible with cheap phones anyone knows any custom rom that can run in android go phones or in any kaiOs phone

Unfortunately not, your best bet is the Pixel 7a or the Pixel 6a.

Simply put, a OS like GrapheneOS, which aims to provide private and secure devices, relies on the hardware of the device itself. That can't be achieved with cheap devices which do not meet those hardware requirements.
