Wi-Fi calling works even though it's turned off

Hi,

I just noticed that Wi-Fi calling is off on my phone. The thing is that I've been getting calls over WiFi all the time, cause my phone is usually on airplane mode. I don't use my SIM number for personal use, but spammers call me all the time.

I'm using a Verizon reseller.
