Does google now know my IP?

So, i had a profile with google play service installed and mullvad vpn. After my vpn duration expired i decided that i no longer want to use mullvad. Problem is i had to turn off "always on vpn" and "block connections without vpn".
Do i now need to delete my profile? Because i will do it if google now knows my IP address. All i did after turning those settings off is download ProtonVPN from the app Obtainium and used my phone with it

Were you on WiFi or cellular network? If WiFi (or wired), were you at home?

p338k yes i was using my phone at home using wifi

Google knows that the phone was at that IP address at some point. What Google doesn't know is if that phone was the home owner's, a guest or someone leeching off the network.

p338k would creating a new profile fix the issue? the profile i mentioned is only used for my workout apps. Will my other profiles get exposed too if i continue using my workout profile ?

It depends on what Google collects. The answer could range anywhere from "everything is already compromised" to "possibly but probably not." How much Google do you have in your other profiles?

Edit: by "everything is already compromised," I mean Google has some cross profile identifier and not that your security is compromised.

In total i have 2 profiles with gplay services: one is for casual usage and the other is for my workouts. I also have 2 more profiles which dont have gplay services but only FOSS apps. So what should i do now? I dont want google to know what im doing but im fine if only my workout profile is known to them.

Google probably won't communicate between profiles. Normal IPC shouldn't be possible, and other possible tricks are normally unnecessary.

If Google checks the media DRM ID or does some other cross profile fingerprinting, it may already associate the other profiles with your IP address. If not, you are probably fairly safe from Google.

Even assuming Google has fingerprinted your device, it can only guess that it might be you unless you gave it personal information besides IP address. Your FOSS profiles probably won't give much personal data to Google.
