Google probably won't communicate between profiles. Normal IPC shouldn't be possible, and other possible tricks are normally unnecessary.
If Google checks the media DRM ID or does some other cross profile fingerprinting, it may already associate the other profiles with your IP address. If not, you are probably fairly safe from Google.
Even assuming Google has fingerprinted your device, it can only guess that it might be you unless you gave it personal information besides IP address. Your FOSS profiles probably won't give much personal data to Google.
