Should I install com.google.android.libraries.internal.sampleads_10003 ?

Every morning or so, I have a notification from Google Play Store that prompts me to install "com.google.android.libraries.internal.sampleads_10003". I keep declining but it's getting pretty annoying.
Should I keep resisting or concede ?

DuxBellorum this is what popped up for me when I had to install Google Play Games to test something. So, it's likely Google Play is either trying to install or update Google Play Games.

If you want this popup to go away, either uninstall Google Play Games (though if you play games this might break them), or you can play it safe and go to Google Play Store and update Google Play Games from there.

Can't find a lot of information on that app, however 'com.google.android.libraries' suggests it might be apart of Googles SDK

You should allow it to be installed. Apps can load dynamic code anyway, so this isn't about "security".
