Wake screen when receiving notification

Is it possible to set screen to wake up when receiving a notification? Where do you enable it?

Using Pixel 8.

Settings ➔ Display ➔ Lock screen ➔ Wake screen for notifications

Is there a way to make the wake screen stay woke? It wakes for a few seconds then goes off. I searched and didn't find anything about that.
