How do you set up your profiles?

Eagle_Owl If i have two profiles and one has my messaging apps on it and i'm logged into the other one will i still see messages from the other profile or do i have to be logged into that profile before i see any notifications?

If you don't end the session of the profile with your messaging apps, they will still running in the background.
But if you have not activated the setting “Allow running in background” or you end the session of a second profile manually, then you cannot get notifications from there (2nd profile is frozen).

Notice: Using more than one profile simultaneously needs more battery!
Especially for messaging apps with much message traffic it can make a big difference.

I just got cash app working on mine. i had to install it through the google store it wouldn't work until i done that. and turned on exploit.

Eagle_Owl so when i'm logged into my second profile i'm getting notifications from my owner profile but if i log into my owner profile i'm not getting any notifications from my second profile. what am i doing wrong here? Thanks

Please check your settings:
Menu path: Settings/System/User
Select your second profile name.
The switch for “Allow running in the background” must be active, when using messaging apps or other apps which needs notifications to work properly.

so when i'm logged into my second profile i'm getting notifications from my owner profile but if i log into my owner profile i'm not getting any notifications from my second profile. what am i doing wrong here?

Adding on what Eagle_Owl already pointed out: inside your second profile go to Settings> System> Usersand make sure Send notifications to current user is toggled on.

Admin/Owner: App Stores, obtainium, app verifier
Main: Mostly trusted apps and a weather app that I don't trust but need to look at frequently
Google: google apps
Meta: meta apps
Navigation: Not google maps, but more like hiking gps, (some need google play services)
Separate Identities: Some have their own facebook, so similar to Meta app, and one is just a separate molly account

And then a bunch of other one-off profiles for apps I don't trust. I don't use spotify or zoom much, so they have their own profiles, as do a pay-for-parking app
