Cross profile notifications stopped working

I did setup GOS for a friend. I did setup a User Profile then. Before installning any apps I installed GPS. Then I installed the apps needed via Obtainium. Enabled cross profile notification. Everything worked as it supposed to with notifications. Some weeks later my friend told me that he dont get any notifications anymore from User Profile to Owner Profile. Getting notifications when in User Profile works. He said just before that he got an GPS update and after that cross profile notifications stopped working. I have tested these methods:

Uninstalled GPS then reinstalled it again.
Uninstalled apps (Session and SimpleX) the reinstalled again after reinstallning GPS.
Enabled unrestricted battery for GPS, Session and SimpleX and always to run in the background.
Settings in Session and SimpleX notification is set to instant.
Toggled on and off cross profile notification setting in both Owner and User Profile.
Restarted phone.
All apps are up-to-date.

Nothing works. What have I missed to test and how do I fix this? Thanks in advance.

I really could not figure out what might caused the issue. It got working after I deleted the profile and created a new one again. The first thing I did was to install GPS and THEN installed other apps. It has worked since then with notifications so everything works now.

Btw have you issues with notifications? :)

PMUSR Yes, I'm having issues getting them cross profile, as of recent, just like this this person: https://github.com/GrapheneOS/os-issue-tracker/issues/3348

Tried everything I can think of. I'm unsure which update caused it, but it was working at one point. Even notifications that don't use google play or internet.
