Stuck in fastboot "boot failure" message

I have a Pixel 7pro that is rooted (needed for call recording app).

Normally I edit the flash-all.bat to prevent wipe and run it in command prompt to install updates For some reason this command didn't execute, so I tried to un-root and flash the current Graphene stock image to do an OTA. Unfortunately the device is now stuck in Fastboot.

Is there any way to solve this without having to do a clean install and losing data?

I ran the following commands,

fastboot flash init_boot boot.img
fastboot flash boot boot.img

Now to fix flash-all.bat issue.

Call recording has been available in the default phone app since the 2023040400 release.

spring-onion I know it's been available since 2023040400 but the app I'm using has auto call record function + other useful features.
Another app I use for backup needs root.
