Factory Reset

I’ve been using my GOS/Pixel 6a for a few months now and very happy with it. Please excuse the basic question. If I select Erase All Data (Factory Reset) in the Reset Options menu, will my phone reset to new, clean install of GOS or original Google Android that arrived with the phone (from the factory)? Thank you.

MotherShipton basically, it'll delete user data, leaving only the GrapheneOS image.

Thank you. I may reset to clean GrapheneOS at some point but now I would rather get a dumb phone than go back to google :)
