Device scan over WiFi

Using GrapheneOS since a week on my Pixel6 and I'm rather satisfied!
There're a couple things that I need to get used to (Smart lock missing), but otherwise has been an easy de-googling start.

What I'm not able to make it work is my BTcino/Legrand DoorBell camera work (PS APP).
It starts, logins, but then is not able to do the scan for the device (camera and ringbell) over the same connected WiFi, even pointing it to the specific IP.

I pretty convinced that the search is blocked by some security setting of GrapheneOS, but have no idea of what it might be stopping the compatibility.

Any idea of what could it be the issue?

P1EMO Do you use a VPN, or something else, that might restrict local network traffic in any way? Does the app have all the necessary permissions?

I found this in the app's description on the Play Store: 'This app is guaranteed to be used on smartphone natively including Google services (Google Play Store, Google Play Services). Verify the presence and activation state of Google Play Services in the App menu of your smartphone settings.'

It's possible that it relies on Play Services for functionality. If you haven't installed Play Services, you can do it and see if it helps. You could try granting Play Services the Nearby Devices permission too, I'm guessing it might also help for pairing with another device.

P1EMO GrapheneOS does not prevent apps from scanning the local network (or any other host on the public internet), unless you have disabled network permission but I don't think this is the case. Do you have play services installed? It may required them even though in principle it's not needed to connect to a doorbell.

Play Services and Play Store are already installed and works fine for the others apps/services.
I tried activating both Nearby Device, Location (exact one) but the results appears to be the same:
Not possible to find device under the connected WiFi... :(
