I'm really at a loss, and I can't afford to keep not being able to make normal phone calls, so I'm not sure what to do. Signal / messenger calls works fine, but I can't ask contractors and others to use that, so my work around is my old phone.
I've tried to boot up in safe mode and it still didn't work, so it shouldn't be because of a third party app.
I've tried to call with all kinds of microphones connected, so it's not on the mic.
I even tried to use the Google phone app, to see if it was a setting within the normal phone app, but it still acts the same. When in a call there isn't many settings at all, so that wasn't really a surprise.
One time it worked fine on a phone that it hadn't worked with before, but when I locked up the phone to check something while still in the call, the one i was calling couldn't hear my voice anymore. And before it was like half the calls i tried to make that didn't work, now it's almost everyone.
I've went through all possible settings in the phone that I could think of, but it either has to be some super weird setting that I haven't read about on that Graphene page, or it's something broken somewhere.

I don't really get what you mean by quick toggle off? I did do a call in safe mode, without any other apps open, without my mic working. Could there still have been another app toggling off the mic permissions for the call?
I'm removing all apps installed within the last three months now to see if anything improves.
