Incoming Bluetooth headset calls don't work on non owner configuration

I have pixel 6a and pixel 7 with latest Graphene and the incoming calls do not work on Bluetooth headset for the added User configuration. The owner config Bluetooth headset works well.

This issue started After Update to android 14. Not yet solved this issue. Hope it will clear in android 15
