Does PWA use vanadium or vanadium webview?

From this link that explains how pwa work:

It says that it uses the browser engine. In my case I use vanadium. Does it mean that it is using vanadium webview or vanadium?

Progressive web apps (PWAs) are a part of the web browser itself, so in this case a part of Vanadium.

The WebView - on this OS that is the Vanadium WebView - can be used by native apps which wish to display web content.

In short, PWAs use the browser, and native apps may use the WebView.
