Can I use Yubikey to unlock secondary user on Graphene?

I want to use a fingerprint (or passcode) to log into the main user. But I want a specific secondary user to have another layer of security in the form of a Yubikey 5C NFC (and I'd like to use NFC for this).
Is this possible?

(I've been poking around on Graphene and it's not clear to me how to set this up. If this is possible, can someone give me some instructions?)

I do not believe it is possible to use a security key for unlocking the device/profile no.

I think this would require a very substantial amount of work for the team to implement, given that using security keys like YubiKeys on the phone for web logins, etc, at the moment still requires GMS/GMScompat to my knowledge.

That's too bad. I had hoped that one of the various functions in the Yubi would work for this. Namely, I thought I could swap the fingerprint for an NFC tap.
