Is there a documented sequence to return to stock Android 14?
I use MX Linux on my laptop with Opera (Chrome) web browser and bought a Pixel 5 to try out GrapheneOS. I followed the instructions on the Web Installer [https://grapheneos.org/install/web#web-install](https://) page.
All went well with the install and I used GrapheneOS mostly issue free but had some problems with Macrodroid so decided to revert to stock and see if the problems exist under stock.
At the bottom of the Web Installer page is a section about return to stock, which mentions removing the Non Stock Key and that's when I started to run into trouble. Am I right in thinking that you need the BootLoader unlocked to do this? If so, should it be re-locked before attempting to use the Google Web Flashing tool, or just leave it unlocked and then go to the Google tool? I re-locked the Boot Loader and then the phone would not boot...
Then I tried to re-flash GrapheneOS using the Web Installer but after downloading the release files, I got an error message on the web page when trying to Flash the release "Error: Unable to set device configuration."
I tried several methods to recover from this without success, but then decided to try the web installer again and for some reason it worked. OK, I think some of this is down to Linux & my browser and WebUSB so will put it down to experience but if there is a documented guide to return to stock, please can someone link to it?
Also, where are the GrapheneOS release files that are downloaded vie the Web Installer stored on Linux?
Thanks
