aron_nimzowitsch Not sure if I'm misunderstanding you, or if my instructions were to unclear. So let me explain the steps on my Pixel 6 again just to be sure.
Turning off the phone
Press and hold Power button + Volume up for about 10 seconds.
Booting into fastboot
Press and hold Power button + Volume down for about 5 seconds.
Selecting the Power off option
Press Volume up once.
Power off
Press Power button once.
Step 4 should immediately trigger a ~ 1 second vibration.
If you at this point again press and hold the Power button you are turning on the phone again which does vibrate on my Pixel 6 (like for notifications). The vibration for the power menu is more off a very short "tap".
But if you're in no hurry then do wait for verification of the steps from another Pixel 7 user.
Alternatively, head on over to the Matrix chat room
where they'll be able to help out in real time, since I believe you can also do some or all of these steps with console commands (but I'm rubbish with code so it's beyond me).
