"No valid operating system could be found"

Phone will not boot. Restarted the phone to show graphene OS on boot screen to a friend. Please help, I'm on vacation and now my phone isn't working.

Check out this thread. It seems you have the same issue. Based on what I've read, it's an upstream firmware issue, so Google has to fix it and it's not an issue with GrapheneOS itself, and it looks like another user fixed the problem by sideloading the latest update.

Update:
When accessing bootloader menu:
Restart bootloader, recovery mode, start, and power off all yield the same results. Rescue mode is for repair technicians, not sure what barcode is used for.

This is very frustrating as my phone has now been bricked from a simple restart.

I had the same thing happen and it took a few restarts but it eventually booted back into the OS correctly.

Are you restarting the bootloader or just powering the phone off and on?

UPDATE:

Restarted the device probably 10+ times and it finally kicked on.
