In my settings for special permissions, multiple Apps had permissions to use and control WiFi, including turning it on or off, and I had never allowed this.
It seems as though some Apps just requested this and Graphene just let them get this permission by default.
This seems dangerous to user privacy. An App could turn on WiFi, scan nearby networks, and determine user location based on this without a user opting in. It's possible Apps have even already done this without my permission.
This should always be off by default. I am certain I never opted in since I see WiFi scanning as a privacy threat.
This was also in a submenu I don't always check and was like this for weeks or months.
Even if this can be customized to disable, the UI is making user error easier than it needs to be.
Google services were sandbox installed at one point, then disabled.
