MDM / User Profile / company privileges and lost device

Hey,

I was able to set up my company account (mainly Office365 + Intune) in a different user profile.

What will happen if I mark my device as lost (deactivation) through the microsoft myaccount page? Has this any consequences for my main profile?

I cannot test this by myself because reactivation has to be done by our IT-department.

My question includes the wiping option. Is the whole device affected or just the seperate user profile?
