Seedvault "failed backup" even after removing seedvault data

I keep getting a "failed backup" notification at random, long after I stopped using seedvault.
I've cleared seedvault's data and deleted the hidden directory where it stores the backup files, but the problem persists.
I'm not sure how to fix/replicate this issue. It started a few days after the android 14 update.

Go to system settings ==> apps, show system apps top right, you can see the SV app. There you can force stop SV and clear its cache. Dunno if it helps, just an idea i had.

i ended up disabling seedvault with adb, that fixed it
