• I don't have a github account so can't comment there, so posting here.
• The flickering issue occurs when opening an app's info of an app that is not installed in Owner profile but installed in Secondary profile. [Settings > Apps > See all apps > (App not installed in owner profile)]
• I am using the default launcher.
