Blank user profile

So I had an idea as a security feature and wanted to get your thoughts. On my owner profile I have many apps that are not associated with google play services. And on a secondary profile I have google play services with some apps. But I want to run a third profile which is blank, which has nothing on it and the purpose for that would be to keep it on that profile when I'm not using my phone to prevent apps from running in the background, collecting data on me. Would the other apps in other profile's cease to be able to collect data when I'm on a blank user profile?

I also would prefer using this other than airplane mode because I still would like to be able to receive phone calls. I'm really just trying to mitigate the amount of data being collected while phone is not actively browsing the web or using an app, but still want to be able to receive phone calls. I don't think there's any way to keep the owner profile from running. In addition, for secondary profiles, you need to "end session" when you log out of those to keep them from running in the background. So to do what you're wanting to do, your Owner profile will have to be the blank one.

That said, I'm not sure exactly what you're trying to accomplish from a "tracking" perspective, but you can probably achieve it in other ways.
