Apps Notification: Unable to resolve the server name

I just woke my Pixel 6 (build number TQ3A.230901.001.2023100300) and glanced at my notifications. The Apps app had the following notification:

"Unable to resolve the server name.

Details:
java.net.UnknownHostException: Unable to resolve host "apps.grapheneos.org": No address associated with hostname"

Looking at notification history, it says "Background update check failed." I'm not using a VPN or anything like that.

dregrinfuces If it happens once, or once a month, I'd ignore it. Sometimes networks (or servers) flake out for a moment.

Nothing bad seems to have happened with it. I rebooted through Safe Mode and back (just to make sure) and all seems well.

I've been getting this message as well recently for the past two weeks or so. When I check the build number, it seems to be the correct one. Not sure about the apps though - whether they're updated of not. Anyone have this issue as well?
