Pixel 8 Pro no doubt the Pro version is almost always better when it comes to Pixels.

DJ1999 That's entirely up to you. It's optional as well.

DJ1999 I would get the watch as its more expensive so its the better option and you could always resell it pretty easily. The buds later on you'll probably see them selling for a low price, the watch should retain it's value more. The watch is the easy clear choice.

Regarding Pixel 8 or Pro: It all depends on what you are looking for: You can compare the specs here and see what is important to you.

Whether you want the bundle or not also depends on how much data you are willing to give to Google: For the bundle, as far as I know, you have to buy the watch directly from the Google Store, or - if you buy the product elsewhere, later register the IMEI 1 of your phone on a special promo page and enter your address there, where the Pixel Watch or Buds will be sent.

Google can then link IMEI, bank account/PayPal, credit card with a name and mailing address. Or you can buy the phone anonymously and pay cash - but unfortunately you won't get the Buds or the watch.

Note that the Pixel 8 can have subjective advantages over the Pixel 8 Pro:

The more compact size makes it more comfortable for 1-handed use. My local retailer allowed me to hold both phones at his shop without turning it on, and i preferred to hold the regular Pixel 8 in my hand.
It is much cheaper while offering mostly the same features. If you sell the bonus watch, it's only slightly cheaper.
You might prefer the brushed metal look on the camera-bar and the Hazel color (like I do).

I guess you already know about the missing camera features and the slightly worse performance on the non-Pro-version. But one thing that might (!) turn out an issue is battery life:

The non-Pro version does not come with a LTPO screen. That means it does not have a variable refresh rate - it can only stay at 120 Hz or 60 Hz, while the Pro version can automatically adjust between 1-120 Hz to improve battery life. Google claimed that both phones have the same battery life, with the Pro having a bigger and brighter screen. But you have to be aware that the Pixel 8 runs on 60 Hz at default settings - so their 24 hour battery claim might refer only to 60 Hz usage.
