Since there is no question? I can only reply to share my experience coming from iPhone to Pixel and GrapheneOS.
You are 100% right about the keypad, texting with the iPhone is so easy, while Android is not even half so fast and when chatting more than 2 words it is kind of frustrating the mistypes compared I used to be. I didn't test whether it is Android or GrapheneOS shores this problem. The same about making a picture with an iPhone is to find in the album, where you can do whatever you want to do with it. Now in Android, Pixel, or GrapheneOS, the Album is empty and I need to search for the picture, in the camera app, or files, etc, not logic.
But I really like GrapheneOS, even with the low or non-threat model, we are humans, not products. Look what the UK and France do already with our privacy, in a short time other countries follow. Plus I learned a lot last year about tech, privacy, and security or other things we need to be aware of. Only have apps I do use on my phone. Remember years ago the Southpark episode with the fat boy taken by aliens for tests etc just because he, and many of us didn't read all the permissions we give to Apple or Google time signing up with a new phone?
The hardware for me iPhone, Sony, Samsung, and some Chinese brands looks more premium compared with Pixels to me. Should be nice a Blackberry with GrapheneOS out of the box! If you compare it with other customs OS, GrapheneOS stands alone on top of them. It is a big joke some OS claim the quality of their product using names like Signal or F-Droid. It is a lot to read, but on the GrapheneOS website you can find so much info and reasons to switch and try it. Sure you can buy a Bittium, Privy 2.0, or other device with a privacy/ security plan, but they work only in a private and secure way when the other person uses the same device.
I never go back, even with the pros I did mention about the iPhone, but personal taste and threat models are different for each one so you have to choose yourself. I can't wait for a laptop in the same direction so I can dump the iMac, Macbook Pro, Macbook Air, and iPads.
