Social media strange

Hi so I'm using a social media app, I always use a VPN and I sign up with a random throw away email.

If I try make a new account , it says "due to suspicious activity, you are temporarily disabled from using this service"

I've tried different vpns, even stealth modes etc
I've tried clearing storage, cache, re connecting to WiFi to generate a new MAC , even cleared the account and storage for play store.

How is it possible that the social media app is recognizing that it's me even if try to make a new account ?

L8437 Some social media apps (Instagram is an example that springs to mind), tend to auto-ban accounts which are created whilst connected to a VPN.

It's likely you'll only be able to create an account if you disconnect from your VPN.

Well, if you would use your actual connection there wouldn't be such problems. Why are you always using vpn?

Some VPNs are starting to offer dedicated IP addresses, which will fix this problem. The reason why you are having issues is because since each respective VPN uses the same IP addresses, a social media site could block those
