Question: For the "enable install available apps feature for installing apps in a secondary user profile from the Owner profile" feature --- Will this also work to install apps in a secondary profile that are already installed in another secondary profile? Or install from secondary to owner profile?

It is only from Owner to secondary users, from what I saw after installing the latest update from Beta channel.
