Pixel 8 Series Consideration & Insights into Profile Management

Hey GrapheneOS community! I'm on the fence about getting the new Google Pixel 8 series. Should I dive in, or would it be wiser to wait a bit?

Additionally, I'm looking to grasp profile management within Graphene OS. What's your strategy for compartmentalizing tasks like banking, social media, etc.? Any insights on the best containerization methods would be greatly appreciated!

ianonymous3000 I would advise against using user profiles unless you know exactly why you need them and know all the benefits and downsides.

The new Pixel 8 phones should have a new and important security feature called MTE. It doesn't mean that other Pixels are insecure, but it does mean that Pixel 8 series devices are the most secure Pixel devices.
