Microsoft Teams Incoming Calls will not Ring out

Hello,

I have Microsoft Teams for work, unfortunately, and I got it setup on my Pixle 6a...everything works fine except it will not give notifications if I get a call. I have play services running etc and it's been like this for months. I've tried enabling all sorts of settings in teams OS permissions and nothing lets them ring through.

The call feature does work, I just get no notification if I am called. Has anyone experienced this or found a solution?

On mobile data, WiFi, or Both?
Please, check the app's permissions. Together with access to the Microphone, Network, and Notifications, it may need Phone permission, too. Alarms & Reminders - allowed. Check the battery mode, so it is not Restricted.

I have audio set to ask every time and will try changing that one to see but I don't think that would hold it up as it doesn't ask me until I start a call normally.

Alarms and reminders are currently allowed.

I don't see a restricted mode but battery saver is off

hmm, no idea. Go to the Teams app info and drill down to Notification. Maybe something is not allowed there.

I have the same issue with Teams.

I basically chalked it to Teams being trash and stopped wasting time trying to fix the unfixable.

MS Teams does give call notifications for me (also Pixel 6a, Google Play Services with only network permissions). For me Teams has permissions for Camera, Contacts, Notifications, Microphone, Network and Sensors.
