bbva is working fine (it includes their own payment system instead of use gpay, that doesn't works with GOS)

I personally use BhimUPi app, it works fine.
Native code debugging should be enabled to make it work.
Without google play services it just pop up that google play services are not installed, you can safely ignore it.

RandomForestGump1 Native Code debugging is enabled by default. You can enable/disable Native Code debugging in the owner user, and the setting will apply to all other users too. To enable or disable Native code debugging, Go to the Settings app -> Security.
